2009 : MECI has clinched an important contract to supply equipments for the legal calibration  of an Algerian station. This station, the first one in the country accredited by the ONML, has been designed and implemented by MECI a few years ago.

2009 : MECI has made the revamping of the supervisory and automation system of an off shore
station of Angola; 
MECi supplied 15 flow computers CDN12 for two metering cabinets.
MECI has also provided Angola with a redundant supervisory and automation system managing the prover as well as many other metering devices.
This project is follow up the delivery of metering skid to FPSO Girasol and Dalia a few years

2009 : MECI is going to strengthen its business relationship with TOTALGAZ.Once more TOTAL has selected the expertise of MECI to update its loading station facilities.Actually, these new contracts deal mainly with communication systems such as :
Fax automatic sending to the depots supply services,
The internet transfer of reports via VPN connection on SAP TOTAL system,
The automated monitoring of  equipments via the RFID detection. 
The RFID application provides the VPN technology on the internet, the replication of data bases and the management of the communication customer/server.

2009 : EXXON has selected MECI for updating four metering skids including flow computers, flow meters, and metrological files.

2009 : MECI has been chosen for implementing a custody metering system of an underground storage natural gas station of Gaz de France-Suez.
MECI has equipped all inputs/outputs storage areas and wells to enable interconnexions with the transportation network. Gaz de France.
Metering is based both on ultrasonic flow meter for the inputs/outputs and on the pressure reducing orifice for the wells.


2009 : MECI has been selected to supply the metering custody transfert for the natural gas storage.
 This contract with the engineering Litwin consists in the supply of an energy metering unit for the BEYNES GDF storage . The MECI services' included :
- the supply of materials : ultrasonic flowmeter, chromatograph, instrumentation, flow computer
- the commissioning with the metrological verification
- training sessions for operators

2009 : MECI has developped the VIGI 15 an innovative portable system dedicated to the liquid and gas network 
  This material is fully adapted for :
-the acquisition and the control of gas and liquid networks pressure
-the diagnosis and the control of the gas and petrol tightness
-catchment of transient phenomenom

2009 : MECI takes part into the Ras Laffan Petrochemical Project.
 MECI contributes at the steam cracker commissioning on the Ras Laffan site.

2009 : Our service department has been accredited by COFRAC for legal metrology activities.
Our service department has been accredited by COFRAC (Laboratories section) for legal verification of Liquids other than water measuring systems, Gas volume conversion devices, Orifice plates measuring systems, Chromatographs... in service.

2008 : MECI as a specialist in liquid measurement for custody transfert clinched a contract with AIRBUS to revamp 4 aircraft loading skids including the gauging of tank A320 airplane .
2008 : MECI has been selected in North Africa in the field of monitoring thanks to the numerous  advantages of the electronic data logger the LOG15  : High logging capacity, high accuracy, open system and user friendly, low consumption and intrinsic safe.

2008 : MECI and SATAM are glad to announce the gathering of their competence in order to provide a turnkey solution to the Refinery  Midi in the french city Orléans.
MECI supplied 2 new trucks bottom loading islands and the revamping of 7 existing loading islands  with 54 associated  flow computers Equalis.  

2008 : MECI was selected to provide EXON MOBIL with a metering unit dedicated to paraffins by using our CDN-12 liquid application.
2008 : MECI as an expert in fluid metering got a new contract for turnkey system in accordance with TOTAL PETROCHEMICAL specifications.  MECI  provided  10 entire metering stations. 
The supply included our flow computer CDN-12 and densimeters in compliance with the international metrological standards. 
2007 : MECI announced a new agreement for ethanol metering stations thanks to the CDN12-7.
MECI s.a.s. and CERTI clinched two contracts for the metering stations in the french city  Beinheim in the field of ethanol distillation, truck , boat, wagon loading.

2007 : MECI has been selected to supply the gas terminal equipment MEDGAZ III.
MECI s.a.s. got from TBS a contract for the equipment of the international metering station
in Algeria exploited by Sonatrach .

2007 : MECI is awarded a major LPG and white products contract with the Tunisian Company of Industrial Refining (S.T.I.R).

2006 : MECI clinched major contract to supply 50 flow computers in the field of control and monitoring for the Gas transport network exploited by TIGF.
 MECI has supplied a turnkey metering system including:
the metering devices and R.T.U. in specific cabinets,
the development of the software which allows transmission through PSN or through other media ADSL,GPRS,
the training and commissioning of all equipments on site.
